A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Straightforward answers.

Here’s what to know about working with ABC Solutions.

How is the monthly billing fee calculated?

Your monthly fee is the greater of 7.5% of eligible collected revenue or your combined location minimum. These are compared, not added. Collections are pooled across the contracted locations in your account.

What revenue does the 7.5% apply to?

Private insurance collections from billing we manage, plus fitting fees collected through HBMs and third parties. For HBM work, we do not charge on the full hearing aid transaction. Your agreement defines included revenue and adjustments such as refunds and recoupments.

Can you help with a backlog of unpaid claims?

Yes. We first review the age, volume, documentation, and complexity of the claims, then agree on scope and pricing. Existing backlogs are not automatically included in monthly billing services.

Are phone calls included?

Yes. Calls about services included in your Total Billing Solutions agreement are included. Standalone support is $25 for up to 15 minutes, $40 for up to 30 minutes, or $75 for up to 60 minutes.

Is benefits verification included?

Not at launch. Benefits verification is a separate service in development. Benefits Verification Agents are coming soon, with scope and pricing to be announced.

What does credentialing pricing cover?

We review your providers, locations, entities, and requested networks before agreeing on the scope. HBM credentialing is $750 for the agreed scope. Insurance credentialing starts at $1,200, with more involved cases quoted before work begins. Multiple applications or locations require a scope review.

When are credentialing payments due?

Half of the agreed fee is due at initiation when the contract is signed. The other half is due when credentialing is complete. Your agreement defines completion and how network delays, closures, or decisions are handled.

Can you guarantee credentialing approval or a timeline?

No. Each payer or network controls its participation decisions and processing times. We help prepare and track the process, but cannot guarantee approval, a network opening, or an effective date.

Which practices do you work with?

We support independent audiology and hearing instrument practices in the continental United States, from a single location to groups with multiple clinics. We confirm payer requirements and service availability during onboarding.

What happens in a free introductory consultation?

We discuss your practice, current workflow, and the kind of help you need, then recommend a service and next steps. Detailed claim troubleshooting or project work is scoped separately.

Do we need to change our billing software?

We review your existing systems, access requirements, and workflow first. Compatibility and any setup requirements are confirmed before services begin.

Do you offer online checkout?

No. Every engagement begins with a conversation and a written agreement so the scope, pricing, and responsibilities are clear.
